Welcome to Sertell Chiropractic Clinic; we’re here to help! Before your first visit, our office staff will verify insurance coverage. There are never any financial surprises; we discuss cost before any services take place.
Please complete the online forms before arrival. Bring your ID, insurance cards, and any medical results or pertinent information with you. Wear comfortable clothing and don’t wear any metal jewelry.

The Initial Consultation
A staff member takes you to the exam room for vitals and your health history. Next, you’ll watch a short, introductory video. During consultation with the doctor, we discuss your problem, and its effect on your daily life. The doctor outlines how chiropractic can help, and what the process entails. Next is the physical exam, INSiGHT™ scans and other chiropractic tests. You’ll also have digital X-rays taken at this time.
Depending on the severity of your condition, you may receive an adjustment and/or therapy on this visit. At check out, we’ll schedule the next visit as soon as possible. Please allow 60-75 minutes for this visit.
Report of Findings
The next visit is the report of findings. The doctor will review all test results with you, including X-rays and scans. You’ll receive a diagnosis and your unique care plan. This includes prescribed therapies, frequency of visits, estimated length of plan, and total out-of-pocket cost, if any.
If you decide to continue with treatment, our staff will schedule the next visits based on your care plan.
Financials
While our front desk staff does the insurance verification, the doctor will go over the details during the initial consultation. We make sure you know what treatment will cost, and work with you to make it affordable. Our primary concern is to ensure you receive the care you need.
We are in-network with most insurance plans, Medicare, and Medicaid. CareCredit, HSA plans and credit cards are accepted.
